CENTRAL MISSOURI SEDALIA

CHAPTER #2603

HARLEY OWNER'S GROUP
Welcome!

To the Central Missouri Sedalia Chapter of Harley Owner's Group, (H.O.G.) 2008.

Our mission is simple in statement and reality. The mission of the Harley Owners Group
is to "Ride and Have Fun".

The Central Missouri Sedalia Chapter continues to support this mission to the fullest.
We are not a legislative group but do support Rider's Rights. We encourage our
members to also join the American Motorcycle Association, AMA, which is organized to
lobby against any encroacment upon our motorcycling rights. We, however, are a
family oriented organization that share in the camaraderie of riding Harley Davidson
motorcycles. Our membership is diverse, friendly and caring; we are family.

As mentioned, the diversity of experience and experiences of the membership of our
chapter is a wealth of information that is shared freely. Don't be afraid to approach any
member with questions concerning your motorcycle, events or protocol. Any of us will
be happy to inform and encourage anyone entering the sport for the first time or new to
H.O.G..

If we don't have the answer, we can sure find someone who does.

We are also very fortunate to be sponsored by Yeagers Cycle Sales. Our
sponsor/dealership takes an active role in the organization from being the
sponsor/dealer to holding various positions in the officership. They are not a sit back
and let it happen sponsor but share in the fun and riding of the chapter.

Our meetings are held monthly at 7:30pm, on the third Thursday of the month at the
sponsor/dealership, Yeagers Cycle Sales, south 65 Highway in Sedalia, Missouri.

Those elected to steward the chapter try to organize activities that will be of interest to
all chapter members. We have group rides to both lunch and dinner at preselected
sites where we dine to together; we have organized poker runs; and we have rides that
are just to meander the countryside. We have both a Spring and Fall ride to a
destination where we remain overnight. These have always been well attended and a
lot of fun. We have a chapter picnic, usually in the fall, for all members and their guests.

We also participate in charitable events from time to time that are both beneficial locally
and nationally. We have planned some very exciting activities for 2008. We hope you
can attend as many as possible but also realize that we all have various commitments
that pull us away from the joy of motorcycling.

Be sure to keep informed by checking the calendar and other information posted at
www.sedaliahog.com which is kept up-to-date by our Webmaster.

If there is an activity you would like to see on the calendar, please feel free to email me
