This month we would like to dedicate a small place on our web site, and a
big place in our hearts, to celebrate the life and memory of Jerry Horton,
beloved member of our Harley Owners Group. He was a seasoned rider
with over a half a million miles of motorcycle travel in 48 states. He
mentored many new riders to the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally and enjoyed
sharing his love of the Black Hills.
He was incredibly unselfish and shared himself and his motorcycle with
whomever asked. He was "comfortable in his own skin," proud of who he
was and always a gentleman. If pictures were worth a thousand words,
these are the words I'd speak.
